    this is day two in a row of greenlake biking, and twice as much of it. it was awesome, and i'm gonna try to do more cardio from now on. woop.

    stopped for a chat, twisted my foot on a beer can on my way back.

    i don't like having to watch for beer cans on the street.

    yessssssssssssssssss. felt like i was gonna puke near the end but i figured that was okay cause it would be at home anyway. had to walk a couple of times but jog/walk ratio is much better now.

    Way out of breath at the end, but I felt like I could keep the pace up this time. Starting to feel like a real runner. I wanna be a real runner!

    stopped to grab my headphones out of my car, and to get some free water at whole foods. i got pretty sick today, so i'm glad i got this out before things got bad.

    Stopped twice, once to visit Erica at cafe on the ave and another to pick up baby spinach at trader joes. also sit ups and push ups at some random office building.
