    PT test. Best run in a while. Amazing what new tunes, 2 gel paks and someone standing by with a stop watch can do.

    Ran 2 miles in 22 minutes. Then lost as last years Easter egg in Seaside, Florida. Walked 5.33 miles getting back. Dang over reliance on GPS!

      Thanks! Had torqued my back that had me out. Getting much better. Been living in hotels since April but home tomorrow. Hope to start running again this weekend. Thanks for the push!
