What's yours?

For me, shins. Right or left. Take your pick. Injured early and often.

My arches have been for at least a year. I got Platar Fasciitis just over a year ago, took 6 months to heal, and ever since then my arches are still a bit tender after almost every run.

I've struggled with my left hammie all year. Now my plantar fasciitis. If it's not one thing, it's another.

Reading up some more on plantar fasciitis, it sounds like I'll have to watch that Achilles tendon, as a tight Achilles tendon is one of the risk factors.

Used to by my knee (left) until I had it rebuilt. Now my left hamstring gets tight and tired when mileage is high, because they took a piece of it to rebuild said knee. Yes, that's robbing Peter to pay Paul, but I would rather run on 2/3 a hammie than not run at all!

It's definitely my left knee. BUT, not as much anymore. I've been fortunate in staying relatively injury free so far in my running career.
