Slower and shorter than usual because I'm fighting off sciatica/piriformis syndrome.


be careful with sciatica/ps! i have issues with this on and off during the year and high mileage usually aggravates the cramp out of it. are you doing any pt, roam rolling, etc?

I think my big week recently triggered it. I'm trying some new stretches and reducing the mileage for now. If that doesn't help I'll be looking into other options.
