Did this right after my run, making it harder than it should have been. 43 push-ups, 92 crunches.

Slower and shorter than usual because I'm fighting off sciatica/piriformis syndrome.

You can take the time off, neither Sarah nor I will ever get close to your distances. Take care of yourself. The challenge is a great idea. Thanks!

I'm trying to compile a list of people from dailymile who are running the Boston Marathon this year.
Then I realized that list already exists: http://www.dailymile.com/events/6426-boston-marathon

To finish! :) At this point I'm still building up after my injury at the end of last year, so I'm only shooting for 3:30 or so.

4210 - my bib number in Boston. Of course, that means I should probably think about how I'm going to GET to Boston...

Off day today, back to running tomorrow.
-
26.2 on your off-day? That's amazing! Don't know what else to say :)

It was just a leisurely bike ride, nothing very intense. I was mostly checking out where there's still snow so I can avoid it on my run tomorrow.

Jason ran 28 miles blah 28 mi
Pi day fail. Wanted to do 31.4, but it wasn't in the cards. Hills, strong winds, and sluggish legs conspired against me. Probably still getting over that 36-miler.
-
Holy. Cow. You are so impressive! Even your worst runs are two, three, four times as long as mine. Hope your legs feel better soon! :)

You were 3.14 away from your goal...At least that holds some significance. I like to have some pi left over at the end of my run though... I'd get hungry after 28 miles ;)

@Dylan: I'll start planning for that one now! @Andrew: I hadn't thought of it that way, and sadly I didn't have any pie afterwards either...

be careful with sciatica/ps! i have issues with this on and off during the year and high mileage usually aggravates the cramp out of it. are you doing any pt, roam rolling, etc?
about 14 hours agoquick recovery to you jason.
about 7 hours agoThanks, all. So far so good with the stretching, but only time will tell.
