We did an interval walk/jog until my foot started acting up and then we just walked the rest of the way. At a shockingly slow pace. Oops! Aside from the burning in my lungs from smoking WAY too much and a painful foot that I am about to go stretch out, I feel great.


Aww, I hope your foot feels better soon. :) And I think I've smoked only a quarter pack since Saturday night. :P

The foot was good until about mile 1.5 and then sharp shooting pains started :( I haven't been able to get ANY walking in at all since we got back, thanks a lot tornados!
