    Yoga! This instructor was way too laid back, I liked the other one better, this was straight hatha and too easy, the other was more Ashtanga and was a WAAAAAAAY better workout :(

    1 hour yoga class at the gym. It's been a long LOOOOONG time since I did yoga. I had a little trouble with some of the more advanced poses and one hurt my back but overall I think I did really well!

      The foot was good until about mile 1.5 and then sharp shooting pains started :( I haven't been able to get ANY walking in at all since we got back, thanks a lot tornados!

    So frustrating how much traffic lights and other pedestrians can slow you down, but we had a nice walk on the first officially sunny day in Denver!

    My foot is achy today but I think walking a little every day helps it, so we'll see. It's nothing like the near crippling pain I was in earlier this week
