I would love a buddy! I am suffering from motivational problems (no actual injury). I have been running in the highlands, but I have been hoping to move back towards candler park. Also, just broke in my clipless pedals for my bike :)

You're going pretty fast (which is AWESOME), so maybe try one going a bit slower to see if you can go farther? Whenever I'm feeling busted it's usually b/c I'm going too fast.

I think speed is part of it, but it's mostly my calves and the blisters (oh, the blisters!) that tell me to stop. I'm building them both up, but it takes time :)

me too! I'll try to reign it in, but I'd love to be back out with ya'll next week if possible (at least for a short run). I haven't had any problems with the shins at all - which means my old shoes are officially going in the trash :P Here's to progress!
