lots to celebrate here! It finally got cool enough to run outside, which I was not expecting today. Then I felt really good--foot was stable. I was able to run 4 miles at under 40 minutes, which is much more my regular speed. Splits were more like normal too: 10:08, 9:47, 9:28 and 9:37. Hooray!!!!
