#dailymission not usually--i am very good at entertaining myself, which is why I workout alone (even in spin class I'm on my own trip). I work out to music (I don't always run to music though). When I'm on the stationary bike (never on a road bike), I have music. Elliptical, music. Treadmill, music. I find it hard to watch TV and workout (unless it is sports--I can follow a game, but not the "real" housewives).
