Tena devised a new spin class torture: take a song that's about 4 minutes and tell us to go two miles on the bike's odometer. The song was Cee Lo's "Forget You"--clean version from "Glee." I was at 25.5 when the song started, and at the very last note, I got to 27.5. Whoa! Since my ankle was aching, I wasn't able to go all out on the standing moves, but I hauled it on the sprints.
