slow treadmill triumph: Hagerstown Hampton Inn

this terribly slow run is a triumph of sorts--I've been avoiding the treadmill, thinking that my right ankle couldn't take it. But I found if I made the speed super slow, and just hung on, I could do it, and it felt less painful than running outdoors. Yesterday's run left me thinking I couldn't do anything, but I proved myself wrong. I like being wrong!

Great job proving yourself wrong!

Go Allison!!! I love that triumph. I don't know if I can last 3 miles on the treadmill these days, no matter WHAT the speed.

my ankle is a fussy diva--i do think i am sleeping funny (i'm a side sleeper) and aggravating it. I'm going to try not sleeping on my side but on my back.
