      i don't know... i'm having a hard time getting in a ride during the weekend. you, on the other hand, seem to be consistently riding. which is better. i do feel my riding legs coming back though. riding hills gets them back fast. did you see my email on my trip to NC? maybe i should bring my bike?

    absolutely perfect weather. legs felt strong 80% of the time. decent ride. only did 1.25 hours of weights this morning... could have something to do with it.
