      YOU DID IT! Well done, you. And remember, it's called "Long Slow Distance" for a reason. You're not meant to sustain your usual pace when you're pushing your endurance. Let your body catch up, the pace will come later.

      I know - I think I was just in a mentally grumpy place to start off with, and fighting a dog for two miles didn't help. Now that I'm home, I'll be medicating with peanut chicken in an hour and a half, and THAT sounds lovely.
