    Awesome run!!! Felt great. Small stitch in side but ran through it. Concentrated on keeping stomach muscles tight. Recorded personal best for mile and pace.

    First day back after 2.5 week break to rest knee. Knee was good. Lungs. Not so much. Extremely wheezy had to walk more than I ran. Sucky.
