I'm planning on running with M3B this session, but I needed to run with M4 to test my foot and test my endurance since it's been 5 weeks since I ran my last "long" run...6 weeks since I ran my last 8+ miler. It went great! Only slight tenderness felt in my 5th metatarsal area, but that was mostly due to running on the side of the road on a banked slope that put added pressure on the area. I have a little catching up to do, but if I can breathe again (stupid allergies & really humid) and get my running fitness back (5 weeks is a long time off), I should be running with M3B soon.
**Time & distance are guesstimates. I started my Garmin late and it shut off (no idea why) for a short time mid-run.
