No clue how to set my elliptical to "miles" from "metric", but I calculate this to be approximately 21.75 miles...so 7 "running" miles, if the 3:1 bike-to-run ratio is true for the elliptical. This calculation does appear to be accurate. It's been 4 weeks since my last "real" run. Even though this is kick-off week for the fall marathon training season, I decided to take at least one more week off to let my foot heal...but the marathoner in me just couldn't sit still and had to do something. ;) I can't wait to finally rejoin my running buddies on a REAL training run.
