good Start of Return to Running Program...in a Pool! 00:30

Today marks the official start of my "return to running" program. I did 15 minutes of laps to warm up and then 15 minutes of running and plyometrics in the pool. I have a week of double leg plyo in chest high water (jumping in place, side to side jumping, broad jumps), followed by a week of double leg in waist high water and a week of single leg/waist high. Then, if nothing hurts, I can try running on the treadmill. A light at the end of the rehab tunnel!
