    2x15 min w/ 1 min walk b/w. Other than being really hot out this was a great run. Was able to put a mini sprint in at the end of the first 15.

    Ran outside for the first time in almost 9 months. Three short runs of 2 minutes, 3 minutes and 3 minutes. It didn't feel great, but it did feel amazing to be outside again!
