    Finally got back to Body Flow. I was a little creaky, but I was able to keep up with everything but the downward dog push-up type things. My shoulders don't go for that :).

    I walked with Ben, so it was fun. He would run ahead and then run back to me while I walked. Day one of the Shredheads Fitness every day of the month of May challenge.

    May also be the last day. My knee is so not happy right now. I have some other stuff I'm going to look at and see if I can come up with a plan for the days when hitting the gym seems impossible.

      The first day was rough on my knees too. I actually found day 2 to be easier than day 1!

      I'll have to consider it again when I get my blood pressure a bit more consistent.

      yeah it's the most solid workout of that caliber I've done in a while. It's definitely the must bang for the amount of minutes.

      Oh, I agree. I was actually pleased with that aspect, but I worry about causing a big problem with my knee.

    It wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it was going to be, though I made a mistake of trying a weight loss turn on the thing and nearly died, so we continue doing low resistance.
