Without going into details: The schedule was 3200m sprint - 400m RI - 3200 sprint. Aimed at doing 14 minutes in each split. Exhausted in the last mile of the last split.

Hurt my foot slightly by the end of the run. Hope the limping ends by tomorrow as it's a 5 mile tempo run.
