I ate such monstrous amount of food today that would have fed a family of 4. :P Anyway, the schedule today was: WU - (2k sprint-400m RI) x 3 - CD

There was a 16m elevation loss in second split and 11m gain in 3rd. Stopped in between to dodge cards in 3rd split. But should have done better in 3rd nonetheless. 8:30 perhaps? :-)
I am feeling jealous of all the Chennai runners doing hills. The nearest hills from Chandigarh are Shimla. :P At 100km of distance!
