Finally managed to move my hind from the bed to go and run in the morning. Night shifts are killing me. Caught some sleep after running. This is how it will work for this week. :P
The schedule was (400m sprints + 400m RI) X 10 reps. Walked 200m and jogged 200m in the rest intervals. Happy with the timings. :-)

Aha, night shifts!! Beware, they make you exercise less and add weight to the midriff! I should know that after 16 years of night shifts (cyclically off course)!!
