There may have been some problem with the 1st k and 8th k pace. I badly wanted this tempo to be <4:50/min.

i think you should run 13 kms in 40 minutes. You are right. this is not good for the person you are. I have already informed the procam to move you to elite athletes for Delhi Half and Mumbai half.
