Ran intervals after skipping MM deliberately yesterday (work is starting to take a toll finally :P). Anyway, I realized that in the long term goal of fitness, such small adjustments should not be fretted over. :-)
Did intervals today at about 60% intensity. (Bala sir, sorry, will push harder from next time). Schedule was 1k-2k-1k-1k(400m RI b/w sets).
Splits: 1k 2k 1k 1k
Time: 3:50 8:15 4:02 4:04
Happy with 1st 2 splits but should have pushed harder in last 2. Independence day celebrations distracted me. :P Meh, that's lame. :-)
