      ideally you want your slower times at the start of the run and then your faster times towards the end of your run. but hey, it happens sometimes. maybe other factors involved. but it looks like a good speedy run. your slower times of this year kick your "slower times" of last year's butt! so there is your one improvement amongst others that i will mention later.

      I workout in FF in Bangalore and their groupX classes are fantastic, although the fat pot bellied uncle trainers have found their way in, you should try the one in Mumbai
