Longest run yet....I was a little worried about how I would do because I had to get up at 5am for a church thing. Took a 30 min nap around 9am, and then started the run at a little after 12pm. I felt a little sore/slow at the beginning (it was also pretty windy), but then started to feel better around mile 4 - when I felt like I finally hit my stride. Anyway - I felt pretty good about this run and felt like I probably could have run a few more miles....

Running a half-marathon is starting to become a MENTAL reality...which is cool. And something that I didn't really think was going to be possible when I started this training program back on February 7.
