So --- I DEFINITELY started this run too quick...my first mile was 8:45 and second was 8:35...it was around the end of mile 2 that I realized I could NOT keep up that pace...

So, the last mile sucked...and I didn't bring water with me and it was 70ยบ...so...kind of sucky. I felt pretty bad when I got back too...

So...not a fun combination......
