Longest run yet --- right leg (around hip area) was a little sore until around mile 4 when it got better.
My iPhone ran out of battery at 4.5 miles which threw me off a little bit, but...overall felt really good about the pace and overall time.

Adam, it's fun seeing you improve not only in distance but in pace! 9:39min/mile is fantastic for a 7 miler! Especially since you've only started running this Winter.

Thanks Franco.....my training schedule has me doing 8, 9 and 10 mile runs for the next 3 Saturdays...and then it'll be time for the half marathon!

Thanks Chad...last week's 6.25 mile run was 10:30 min/mile pace -- but it has some hills...this run was flatter...which maybe contributed to the faster speed....don't know. But I was feeling good about that pace...if I can go into the half marathon running 9:30 min/miles...I'd be happy.

Cool! I ran a 1/2 a few years ago (I was in MUCH better shape then.) Just take it slow your first time. You can always improve your pace on your next 1/2
