Six miles on the treadmill after a few days of travel. Warmed up with a mile, 2 miles fast (14:18), 1/2 mile easy, 2 miles fast (13:55), 1/2 mile cool down. The 2 mile runs felt faster than they really were because inevitably the first mile would be a little slow and then I would try to push the pace during the second mile. Good treadmill workout after taking a couple days off.
