An out-and-back 4 miles this morning. Feeling tired. The first 2 were at 7:55 pace and the return was at 7:35. Thought I might get the last 2 in under 15 minutes, but the last hill on Regester got me. Busy with Tues/Thurs night classes so my running schedule is very tight these days.
