Only got about 5 hours sleep last night, so I hit snooze. Didn't get out until 5:15 (slacker), and even then it was humid! My left nipple turned red in protest. Since part of ultra training is learning how to have Relentless Forward Motion on tired legs, I decided to run the hills today rather than walk them. A nice six mile route that passes Maple Spring Pond and Quinapoxet Reservoir. The sky opened up and poured on me during mile 5. Stopped at the little corner store for a drink, and walked home in thunder and lightning. Hope it cools things off a little bit.
