Day 146.

After yesterday's nice and slow dozen, it felt good to get out and run fast. Weather was awesome. Shorts weather baby! A bit windy, so I wore a long-sleeve tech shirt. Three progressive miles: 08:13, 08:03, 07:26. Didn't wear the HRM, but I knew I was working by the end of that last mile. I kept shouting "PUSH" every 15 seconds or so in the last quarter mile, as I really wanted to come in under 07:30 for the split. I managed to do it, but was bent over on the side of the road as soon as the Garmin beeped. :)

Felt good to push it.
