good Ankle What? 2 mi 00:17 08:28 pace

Day 141. No Rebecca this morning, so I decided to make this another rest/test day for the ankle. Decided to go out for no more than two miles. Sunny and cool this morning. I started out at a comfortable pace on an out and back up 31 (has a slight downgrade coming back). Felt pretty good, and as long as the crown/camber of the road is favorable, the ankle feels fine. Maybe it was the music, but I busted out a nasty pair of progressive miles (09:21 & 07:34!).

I guess the ankle passed that test. Back to the r-pace running tomorrow. Hope you all have a great day. Happy Hump Day Eve!

Nice 2. Just keep an eye on the ankle OK? I'd rather see you end the runstreak for a week of rest than be forced to do so for a few months due to injury, OK?

Will do Greg. I've been thinking about taking a break. But then I end up running. I'm addicted! But, you're absolutely right. At some point it may be unwise to continue.
