Day 140. Wow. Say it with me now: "one forty". ;) Seems like just yesterday it was November and I decided to see if I could run every day.

This morning was just a simple mile loop to a) keep the streak, b) see how the ankle feels. The ankle is definitely still not %100 but it's manageable. Since Rebecca is technically beginning the taper period, the rest of the scheduled mid-week and weekend runs will be nice and easy. Should be good for the foot.

You know what else is good for the foot? A bucket of ice. That's where I'm going, with a cup of coffee.
