Day 135.

Rebecca's schedule called for 5-pace miles this morning. I pushed her a little bit, and I'm ecstatic to say she responded well. Her goal, pace-wise is around an 11:00, but this morning, she crushed it. We came in averaging 10:21 (splits: 10:48, 10:18, 10:39, 10:10, 09:50!). I was really stoked for her, and she seemed enthused with the effort, and even talked about running some 5k's after Boston with her newfound speed :)

A little cooler this morning, but still a very enjoyable run. Sun was starting to come up as we got back home. Coffee brewed. Stretched and showered. Time to tackle the day!
