Day 134.

Five at five with Rebecca. Garmin was reporting a wonky HR so I'm not so sure we stayed in my zone 2 the whole time, but oh well. Weather was warm out this morning, and even with the dusting of snow we got yesterday, the roads were fine (no icing). Comfortable conversational pace as we chatted about fitness and weight loss and how sometimes, no matter how much you encourage someone, they need to find their way to a healthy lifestyle. Here's hoping some people we know find their way soon.

Achilles and calf felt fine. Time for some stretching and coffee. Hope you all have a fantastic Tuesday!

    Nice job Adam, glad the legs were good. I have stopped using my Garmin hr monitor because the last time I wore it the watch read 227, pretty sure that was off.

    Nice early 5! That's true about people finding their own way. Sometimes all you can do is support them. If you push they may dig in their heels. I know I'm like that sometimes. Not a good habit but I do it anyway!
