Day 132.

Went to support Doug W. in his 36k for Miracles run this morning. I ran the 5k route in reverse, to provide some encouragement. Later, I was road crew for the 10k effort, providing water a couple of times on a hilly course. Doug is soon to be out on the road to run the hardest leg of the 36k, a half marathon, on tired legs, for a great cause.

The 5k course, in reverse, was endowed with no shortage of hills. Despite the elevation, ran negative splits: 08:46, 08:42, 08:24.

The achilles felt great. Stretched everything out and I'm feeling pretty good right now.
