Day 126. A quick mile to zap the zero. Achilles/calf barking for the 1st half mile. Definitely did not stretch enough after yesterday's 19 miles.

    Good zapper.. Hope the achilles/calf settles down during the day. Are you wearing calf sleeves during the day? They seem to help me when my upper Achilles is bothering me.

    Thanks everyone. @Tim H. - right now I am training with my friend Rebecca (she's running Boston this year). Other than that I am building base for some ultra training I want to tackle later this year. @James - I wear the sleeves on the weekends, and sometimes I'll throw on a pair of compression socks that I have. Right now I'm icing the foot/calf. Hoping that, and some stretching, should loosen things up .
