Day 125.

Nineteen with Rebecca. Tough training run in the end for her. About a dozen great miles. Then in mile 12, she had some stomach woes. Then 13-15 were the type of long, uphill climb that made you really wish for a turn or side street or something, just to get off that miserable stretch. But, she made it through it. We're going to evaluate nutrition options. She's not a fan of GU. She's been taking glucose tablets (anyone else use these?) but is feeling depleted after 12-13 miles.

Anyways, day 125 and another 19 miles in the bag. I hear that there are a group of people gathering down at the Armsby Abbey in Worcester after this morning's Celtic 5k, so maybe I'll see some of you there.
