Day 106. Five miles by mostly moonlight. On auto-pilot for the first 1-2, then really tried to throttle it back as my legs were filled with lead from Sunday's 19mi effort. Cold outside. Wind died down about 1/2 way through, which was nice. On a positive note, I'm feeling no after-effects of the core-DVD I did yesterday. Maybe I'll feel it tomorrow. :)
