Day 102. Robins, cardinals, blue jays and blackbirds frolicked in the trees. By the pines and around the pond along a nice cool breeze.

Today's normally a rest (run one mile) day, but, have you looked outside!?! Decided to go out and run a nice hilly ten miler. I ran almost this exact same route last year and titled the entry "Holy Huge Hills Batman!" -

I went out with no overall pace in mind. I just ran comfortably while listening to music. I won't say the hills were effortless, but they definitely required less effort than last year. I was able to hit an average pace (comfortably) 30 seconds faster than last year (where I really remember struggling at points). This was a good training run for Stu's 30k in a few weekends.
