Mixing it up -- did the old chest/shoulders/tris routine from last summer.

Bench (12/12/8/8), Flys (12/12/8/8), Shoulder Press (12), Side raise (12/12/8/8), Front raise (12/8/8), Arnolds (12/8/8), Shrugs (50), Tri-Ext (12/12/8/8), Tri-Press (10), Push-ups (10,5-ouch), Tri-kickbacks (12/12/8/8).

Pretty much no rest in between exercises and sets. A few beats here and there. Definitely feeling it by the end! Looking forward to mixing in more resistance training while I'm not actively training for a race.
