Heh. Was looking at some old office gym workouts from 2012 when I was dialed in to fat-loss mode. Decided to just copy one verbatim today to break up the morning ---

Ok, ok, I may have listened to some Ol' Dirty Bastard while I rode the bike. Also, 25 burpees before and after the ride. Take that, adipose."

Except today I went 10 miles. Four years ago I went 8. Today's burpees were a little bit tougher, and by the final five I was ready to be taken out.

Sweat. Fest.
