I wanted to keep the fat crying, so after the run I hopped on the bike for an old interval workout. 2:30min warm-up and cool-down sandwiching 15 1 minute 40-secs-on (20-22mph) / 20-seconds-off (15-16mph) intervals.

So. Much. Sweat.

Felt good. Looking forward to getting back to incorporating more of the office-gym cross-training.
