Day 225. Some more testing in the Cascadia's down in Trout Brook. Found a nice loop, just shy of a mile (0.96) with 186' of climb, according to the wrist bitch. That'll scale up nicely for some climb in the middle of weekend long runs. Quads are a little sore, so I think some time on the roller is in order later tonight.

Other than that, a beautiful morning in the woods. All alone with the sun streaming through the pine trees to the soft forest floor. Down a pretty steep descent about 2/3 of the way through the loop that makes me nervous. Oh well, good to test your limits.

Listened to She Keeps Bees. Sounds like bluesy garage sex.
