Back at the office, back at the lunch spins. 50 pushups before and after a little time on the recumbent. Just spinning the legs out. Feeling OK after the weekends ultra and a couple short ones. OH, and in other news, I managed to do 1 and a half real pull-ups before and after the spin - chin over the bar and everything. Boom! Watch out world - I'm gettin stronger.
