    Connector out and back with the villain spitting in my ear. Quarters. Walk then run. (faster than I should). Repeat to the beat. Popping off in the distance.

      Yeah, it's nowhere near as bad as last year's. So I'm optimistic. Just really want to slow down and focus on walking before I run again like I'm prone to do.
