    Challenging ride - was hanging in pretty well, but legs didn't have much left by the time I got to the last section of Emigration when it U-turns and kicks up to Little Mountain Summit.

    Felt really good to do that much distance - the most I've done since college, I think. Did my final 50 sprint butterfly because I'm stupid - felt like throwing up. All in all, fantastic.
