    good 2.93 mi 00:30 10:14 pace

Remind me why dailymile doesn't have a humidity option for weather.

Yeah there is that. It just seems to me that humidity has a bigger impact on your run than how sunny or cloudy it is.

    great Treadmill 3 mi 00:32 10:30 pace

Going for distance over speed these days. I am looking forward to the speed though.

  3. RUN
good Calvert Bridge Loop 2.93 mi

Meghan R. helped me pace myself, and all was well. We didn't time ourselves though.

  4. RUN
    good Treadmill 3 mi 00:30 09:57 pace

Since I can't manage to pace myself when running outdoors, I've resorted to treadmill running. Today marked the first time this year that I've run 3 consecutive miles without any sto... read more

  9. RUN
    blah 2.29 mi 00:20 08:44 pace

It's going to take a while to get my endurance back, and I use the term loosely. Tried for 3 miles, but had to call it a day after 2.3. Based on my pace and how much I walked, it looks like I ... read more

Went on my first outdoor run since my Achilles injury. The weather was inspiring, and the run went pretty well. Looking forward to getting an armband for my phone and using Runstar to track my runs.

  12. RUN
    good Treadmill 2.2 mi 00:20 09:05 pace

My first workout in the new apartment. Getting up early was easier because of the sunrise view we now have, but it was still a struggle with it being so dark in the morning.

  15. RUN
    good 2.9 mi 00:26 09:01 pace
