RUN
blah 2.29 mi 00:20 08:44 pace
It's going to take a while to get my endurance back, and I use the term loosely. Tried for 3 miles, but had to call it a day after 2.3. Based on my pace and how much I walked, it looks like I ... read more

Went on my first outdoor run since my Achilles injury. The weather was inspiring, and the run went pretty well. Looking forward to getting an armband for my phone and using Runstar to track my runs.

RUN
good Treadmill 2.2 mi 00:20 09:05 pace
My first workout in the new apartment. Getting up early was easier because of the sunrise view we now have, but it was still a struggle with it being so dark in the morning.

Back in action after a failed experiment using Meghan R.'s alarm clock in the morning. It was a great day for running, or at least it started that way.

RUN
alright 2.83 mi 00:26 09:02 pace
Looks like I'm one of the few dailymilers that braved the heat and humidity this morning. If I hadn't canceled my gym membership, I wouldn't have been out there, but it turned out ok... read more

Two days in a row, despite the brutal heat. Getting a little faster with each run too. Meghan R. and I will be back in shape in no time.

Yeah there is that. It just seems to me that humidity has a bigger impact on your run than how sunny or cloudy it is.
